Our Products
Our products are made in small batches, and many are handmade.
Because of the nature of handmade products and natural ingredients, there may be reasonable variations between batches and individual items, including variations in colour, texture, shape, pattern, fragrance and finish.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours and appearance may also vary depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view our website.
These reasonable variations are part of the individual nature of handmade products and are not necessarily faults or defects.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, photographs and other information on our website are accurate and current.
From time to time, we may improve or change a product, its packaging or presentation. Where a change is material to a customer’s purchasing decision, we will endeavour to update the relevant product information.

- we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Product Availability
Because Crystalló products are produced in small batches, quantities may sometimes be limited.
We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information current, but occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement product where agreed, or waiting for the product to become available.
We will not substitute another product without your agreement.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
An order is not considered paid until payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website.
Delivery times provided by Crystalló or a delivery provider are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
If you realise that you have provided an incorrect address, contact us at hello@crystallo.store as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or recover it. Additional delivery costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, except where otherwise required by law.
Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits those rights.

Crystal and Natural Variations
Some Crystalló products or product presentations may include natural crystals or stones.
Natural crystals can vary in colour, pattern, clarity, size and shape. Small natural markings, inclusions and variations are normal characteristics of these materials and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Where a crystal or other small item is supplied separately or forms part of a product presentation, please keep it away from babies and young children and use appropriate care around children and pets.

You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
